Problem:
The West Face, a fictional American retail and outdoor recreation services corporation, sells sporting goods, camping gear, travel equipment, and clothing in 112 stores in 19 countries. They have a new backpack coming out and need a course that would teach their sales representatives about this backpack.
Objectives:
To capture greater market share through increased sales by training TWF representatives in the new Sierra XS backpack.
Upon speaking with a customer on the showroom floor, TWF representatives will be able to explain the features and benefits of the new Sierra XS backpack.
