• Assessment Activities  

  • Based upon Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation, activities will include a survey, multiple choice, true/false and matching questions, observations and interviews.

• Reaction 

  •  Using a Likert Scale of 1-10, the learners will be asked to rate how they feel about the training by responding to statements such as

    • I feel I learned a lot in this training. 

    • I think this training helps me to do my job better.   

    • I feel competent to explain the features and benefits of the Sierra XS backpack.

    • Navigation on the training was intuitive and easy to understand.

  • Using a Semantic Differential, the learners will be asked to rate their reaction to the value of the training with contrasting adjectives such as

    • Useless ---Valuable

    • Boring --- Interesting

    • Effective --- Ineffective

• Learning

  • The learners will take the online knowledge check to review at the end of the course. (See also DESIGN and DEVELOPMENT)

• Behavior

  • The learners will be subject to Performance Reviews to assess their effectiveness in selling the Sierra XS backpack.

• Result

  • To determine whether the Business Objective was achieved, management will measure sales of the Sierra XS backpack vis a vis backpack sales in general and compare them with similar sales statistics from the previous year and quarters.
