Fictional Client: Soft Pop, a fictional American multinational corporation that manufactures, retails, and markets soft drinks.
Problem:
Soft Pop reported a 27% rise in formal complaints of Soft Pop Business Code of Conduct asset violations with resulting disciplinary actions over the previous six years.
The Ethics and Compliance Office reported that these cases consisted of misuse of company assets, such as excessive use of phones for personal use, use of company assets for personal purposes, engaging in personal activities during work hours that interfere with or prevent employees from fulfilling their job responsibilities, etc.
Soft Pop requested a course to train employees in the Code of Conduct.
Objectives:
Business Objective
To increase revenue by reducing the number of Soft Pop Business Code of Conduct asset violations by 50% over the next 12 months.
Overall Learning Objective
Upon completion of all Soft Pop Business Code of Conduct Training Modules, employees should be able to demonstrate comprehension of all components of the Soft Pop Business Code of Conduct.
