Program Evaluation

• Using Kirkpatrick's Four Level's of Evaluation, the Program Evaluation Plan include:

  • Reaction:  students take a survey answering questions relating to how they responded to the module.

  • Learning: Scores on quizzes

  • Behavior: Performance reviews

  • Results: The number of investigations of Soft Pop Business Code of Conduct asset violations with resulting disciplinary actions during the next year.
